How can I add an agent (user) to our Hey Oliver account?
Hey Oliver can allow your account to be monitored by multiple agents.
In order to do this, follow the steps below:
- At the Settings > Account > Users screen, click on ‘Add User’ on the top right corner of your screen.
- Insert the email address of the user that you want to invite.
- Also, choose which User Group this user will belong to.
- Click on Send Invitation and you are done!
I have invited some team members, but how do they accept?
Team members receive a registration email to their invited email address. From there, they can click on the link that is found in the email message and create their own user account.
