What are the actions I can take from Live View?
You can take several actions from Live View regarding your visitors, such as:
- Click on the 'View Profile' icon to have a look at the ‘User Information’.
In this page you can find details for this user, such as the country he is from, the browser he used to access your website, the referrer and so on. - Click on the 'Add as Favorite' icon for a user to mark him as a Favourite.
- Click on the 'Chat' icon to chat with a specific user, straight from Live View.
You will be transferred to the chat tab in order to start a conversation with him.
Tip: You can hover over each icon to see what it does.
