Where can I find my older chat conversations?
All chat threads that are older than 14 days are saved in the "Archive" folder.
You can find archived chat threads by going to the Chat option from the menu. Then, from the top drop-down menu choose "Archive".
If a visitor's chat thread is in Archive and this visitor contacts you, the thread will automatically be moved into the "Inbox" folder and you will receive an instant sound notification and/or email.
